The firm is led by Tom Lytle, an experienced operator and general manager with over 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare services, technology, and operations. Tom currently serves as Senior Vice President & General Manager at R1 RCM, where he leads a growing business unit and has been responsible for scaling operations across organizations of more than 4,000 employees. His experience includes driving enterprise value creation through operational excellence, digital transformation, and disciplined capital allocation.

Tom’s approach is grounded in an operator’s mindset—focusing on building durable systems, developing strong teams, and aligning operations to long-term value creation. He has led large-scale transformations, delivered meaningful margin expansion, and partnered closely with executive leadership and investors in private equity-backed environments.

Through Succession Capital USA, Tom is selectively exploring opportunities to acquire and operate a high-quality business with strong fundamentals, recurring revenue characteristics, and opportunities for reinvestment and growth. The goal is to partner with owners seeking a thoughtful transition and to build on the legacy of the business over the long term.
